Pr1ma Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms You Need to Know
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the pr1ma platform by Malaysian users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services provided by our platform. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the pr1ma platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and a Malaysian resident eligible to use online entertainment services under applicable law. pr1ma reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time.
Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition for registering an account and using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pr1ma platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Important: The pr1ma platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Users who provide false information during registration may face consequences including account closure and balance freezing.

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on pr1ma. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. pr1ma reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time. Registering an account using another person's name or details is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. pr1ma will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact the pr1ma support team immediately at [email protected].
Users agree not to use the pr1ma platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any form of system manipulation. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform, use bots or automated software for betting, or coordinate activity with other users to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
Users also agree not to distribute harmful, obscene, or defamatory content through any communication feature on the platform. Any breach of these terms of use gives pr1ma the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice.
3Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the pr1ma platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via locally available payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet and Maybank bank transfer. pr1ma reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method at any time without prior notice.
Deposit Limits & Conditions
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change in line with the platform's current policies. Users are advised to check the latest limits in their account's deposit section before making any transaction. pr1ma reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit suspected of involving suspicious activity.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. pr1ma reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or when unusual activity is detected. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the operating hours of the relevant banks and third parties.
Offers & Promotions
All offers and promotions launched by pr1ma are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Promotional value cannot be directly withdrawn as cash and must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

4Suspension, Account Closure & Liability Limits
Pr1ma reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms
- Fraud or false information during registration
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual
- Activity suspected to involve money laundering
- Account closure requested by the user
Pr1ma shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, payment processing delays by third parties, or disputed betting outcomes resolved in accordance with platform rules. pr1ma's total liability to any user is limited to the value of that user's account balance at the time of the disputed incident.
5Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, designs, logos, brand names, trademarks, software, and other materials on the pr1ma platform are the exclusive property of pr1ma or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from pr1ma. Unauthorised use of this intellectual property may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The pr1ma platform may use third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. pr1ma is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or content provided by these third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to the respective third party's terms, and users are advised to review those terms before using the relevant services.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the pr1ma platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to a competent Malaysian court.
Amendments to Terms
Pr1ma reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on this page with the most recent revision date noted. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
